Leadership Profiles, a proprietary, standardized, 360° instrument developed by our company, is specifically designed to measure the leadership ability of managers and senior executives.

Ratings can be obtained from the following groups: self, supervisor, peers, subordinates, and clients. Scores are averaged across raters within a group and results are presented at the competency and item level.

Scores on the instrument typically provide a foundation for development planning and executive coaching. The instrument can also be re-administered six to nine months later and the results can be used to measure change and ROI.
